Absolute cinema. This manga changed my life forever. Fuc**** peak fiction, Dan is pookie, characters have actual personalities, even the people he kills. Please author its been 3 years ik ur sick but I need more content!!!!

I'd like to call it justified killing and I love how each punishment was made for the criminals(read this if you can handle some gore)(I love the main character too)

Hi! My name is Zenith, and I write SPOILER-FREE reviews on underrated manga, manhwa, and manhua. My reviews almost always consist of psychological, horror, and avant-garde stories.

For simplicity of this review, I will refer to this story as BRUTAL. For those who don't know, BRUTAL is a side story to another manga called Trace: Recollections of a Forensic Researcher. I discovered BRUTAL by accident. The cover intrigued me, and the rating was very high, so I thought I'd give it a try. BRUTAL brings up some very dark topics, such as murder, torture, sexual assault, ra**, misogyny, and much more.

STORYTELLING - Since this is a side story to another manga, there isn't much of a story to tell. There is no set storyline, just a montage of Hiroki Dan, our protagonist, and his ways of "doing good deeds" by eliminating bad people from the world. Nonetheless, it was a really fun read. 8/10.

CHARACTERS - The main character, Hiroki Dan, is a handsome, yet eerie character, and he has a very creepy charm to him. The other characters are very minor, and they all play their role in the story quite well. 7/10.

WORLDBUILDING - There's not much to worldbuild since BRUTAL seems to take place in the present or somewhere near present times. 6/10.

ART - The art in BRUTAL is absolutely phenomenal; it blew me away! I love the art style, especially the way excitement and pain are expressed on the characters' faces! There is nothing more I can ask for in a manga! 10/10.

Overall, I really loved reading what's currently out of BRUTAL! If you're here for actual plot, maybe skip out on this one. But if you're looking for a handsome guy brutally murdering people in the most unique ways possible, then BRUTAL might be the manga for you!

My overall rating for BRUTAL would be a 9/10.

A manga that'll satisfy you. Basic storyline but it's cool to see like different stories of a criminal and see how Dan ends up killing them. Loved it and it's not bad, def check it out

A person of authority who takes the law into his own hands—definitely one of the my best reads that includes violence. Recommended to those who likes to read vigilante storylines.

I kinda love, reading this manga, but if you are sensitive to murders and a lot of blood, then honey this is not you manga. Hope that the people that read this one, like it too
