I read it after the prequel, hoping for exploration of Chounos psychological issues (after abuse). Author touched this only on the surface level, a little disappointing.
This story got side couples in the middle chapters, which are cute but without any meaning to the main storyline. They will be better as separate one-shots.
It's the example of manga that can benefit greatly from longer format.
