Golems are magical dolls created by skilled earth and magic artisans. They are utilized by farmers for manual labor, law enforcement for added security, and aristocrats as loyal companions. However, much like any other tool, golems can be wielded for good or evil purposes. Clay, a young and ambitious artisan, voyages to the city to participate in a competition to create the ultimate golem that will serve as the guardian of the city's wealth. Unfortunately, nefarious powers desire Clay's unique abilities and mark him as a target worth more than the city's riches.
