Pretty good
The Main Character isn't that bad, he is not pathetic and has some backbone.

The Female Character (

Kinda bad
At first concept was good but our mc forgot about being a doctor and that he wanted to help people. Generally a trash plot line because our mc lost who he is and his core beliefs along the way. His power lvls up yet his moral backbone disappears. Mc instead of growing with time he devolves. Lack of medical knowledge of author is apparent and it stings to see him try to use random knowledge to describe medical problem and how to cure it. Literal google search would be more informative than whatever he came up with.

Meh
The art is goodish enough, but t's bloated. I am also bloated. But that's because I just ate something like four pounds of lentils. The manga is bloated for another reason. Multiple, actually.
1) The characterization is flimsy. Both for the MC and the cast. 60 chapters left me with nothing but surface level first impressions that were discarded the moment I finished it. Nothing is developed, no one has depth. Do you know what a Gary Stu is? The male equivalent of the Mary Sue, yeah. That's our protagonist, and boy is he bland.
2) the idea behind it is, on its face, good. I like the mana threads as stitches, and the aura blade used as scalpel. But that's a visual thing, and there is nothing more to say about the concept. Sometimes he cures people with modern medicine as inspiration, but it doesn't make fuc**** sense. The cataract case is absolutely fuc**** unbelievable, in a bad way. But the skin cancer too... like, infection? Metastatis? If you need to magic away the problems, the concept isn't working.
3) no clear direction on the plot. MC is an overpowered caterpillar that mows down patients and enemies alike. No stakes. No heartfelt consequences. No real theme or conflict.
4) writing form is also very basic.
So yeah, a big nothing burger. 6½ on the Ivern Scale™️, for the basic idea, and the somewhat sufficient realization, but it didn't keep me from dropping it cause of boredom. Just like with my cousin's newborn child last week. Thud.

It peaked at the beginning chapters
And it didn't go downhill like most do, but simply strayed from my expectations.
If i have to summarize:
The story is fun to read but don't expect the doctor aspect to be the main focus, especially in the later chapters.
Also the story progression felt a little off for me, which is a big concern since it will be the deciding factor for reading the rest of it.
The relationships that were built during the earlier chapters feel irrelevant for a long while, which makes the story feel drawn out and badly written to an extent.
Im sure they will bring them back in the later chapters but nobody will remember them at that point, and the whole thing will lose meaning.
However the only reason I decided to leave a detailed
review is because i geniunely enjoyed the
premise at the beginning, and because i believe
that they won't ruin it in the future chapters that
I haven't read yet
(Please note that over half of my review was
deleted because it didn't let me post the review
for "being too long")
