It is hentai.

But hear me out... it's actually kinda good

The retro art style is a nice change of pace compared to all the smooth face bl you see on this site.
The translation is actually really good. Haven't done any research, but the quality suggests a western release.
There are some themes that aren't for the faint of heart like; ra**, blackmail, light public shaming, sexual abuse and personality breaking.
