Apollo’s Heart

It's my first time writing a review and i have to say I really enjoyed it, there were many emotions but in the end everything came to a happy ending. I would 100% recommend it to everyone. And i would like to thank the author and the artists and the people behind the scenes for this amazing work.

Did you know? Apollo was an egotistical, unbelievable àsshole. No, I'm sorry, that's not right. He was a proper fückboy, first and foremost. Why is this important? Wouldn't you know: so is ML. What are the chances! 

Okay so, this one fancies itself a psychological murder mystery with heavy romance. Some of these words are relevant here. Yeah, I'm gonna be harsh. I'm gonna do a boo boo to the comic you like. Downvote me and pass on, as is tradition. 

It is psychological, but more like schizophrenic in the way it characterizes the cast. We jump from mind state to mind state, without much care. At one time, FL is too trusting. At another, a piece of paper immediately turns her world upsidedown. Entirely too fast, and without the proper mental inner workings displayed. This is a common fault with the cast: the characterization work is awkward, clunky and surface level. Sometimes decisions don't naturally follow premises, y'know? It's not that the example from before has no way to make sense, on paper: the writing isn't good enough to make it work, tho. And they are not particularly charming, either.

The murder mystery is interesting, but I think badly paced. 50 chapters of no development on it are too tall of an order, for me. 

The romance? No. Sure, they fück a lot, and they thirst after each other. Allegedly, since the sèx itself is unimaginative, repetitive and censored. But I can see that. Love, tho? Oh no. Not at all. "I realized I love him!" *PowerPoint of them fücking* And I mean, yeah, that's part of it. But where's the rest? Where's the relationship? The chemistry? I count ONE episode of that. The hat. THAT'S THE ONE. Not the love story of the century. 

There, I did it. I ruined it. Don't let me stop you from appreciating the fine art style and the somewhat high octane drama, tho. I concede: ML's face COULD justify the ticket's price. Just... It's a 7½ on the Ivern Scale™️. Yeah yeah I'm evil I know go cry in a corner or something I've got places to be. Shooo.

Love the story. Even the story is traumatized, the reason i like it because of Drama, & psychology genre

10000% recommend trying out the first 5 chapters. Youll know if its your cup of tea after that.
