Amazing, simple but elegant. That's probably how I think about this manwha.

The main idea for the story is quite simple, but the author managed to make it so appealing to read!

But even so, I have to admit that there are some part where it's so weird. Like when MC just got his knowledge and then just move on like nothing happens where all the knowledge that he got is something from a modern medical world. There are also time where the quest system are confusing to read, and the reward from the system is kind of repetitive and not appealing.

But other than that, everything else is amazing. I never get bored at all reading the first season of this manwha. Can't wait for the next one. Recommended!

I like how the author balance the good and kind side of the Mc character with his greedy and realistic side.
Love when we see the real Mc hinner thoughts.... It brings very funny moments and misunderstanding 🤣

The Mc improved a lot later on, and I love how it he doesn't just change into an ass****. 

The story goes at a relatively slow pace, and the Mc don't just randomly gets stronger. And it's pretty good, and he's pretty smart. 

 

Such a good manhwa, Id recommend it to anyone who likes manhwas like: 

- The greatest estate builder
- The lout of the count family
- The S-classes I raised

Basically the story is about an illegitimate son of the king and he suddenly gain medical knowledge of the modern world and uses it to accomplish his goal of being rich, but like many "i want to be rich" manhwas, it's likely this will lead to him redeveloping the world he is in🎉 (Not an isekai manhwa for those wondering)

People who don't like this manhwa often say that the mc is too timid and a coward and others may wonder why he can't just leave the first clinic and open his own. Yo clarify these thoughts, I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU TO ACTUALLY READ THE DA** MANHWA BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS THAT CAN BE ANSWERED IN THE MANHWA IF YOU ACTUALLY READ IT. And please--if you don't like it, please don't put your fuc**** negative comments about sh** like the author being a fuc**** three-year old, it's annoying to people who want to leave a positive comment and actually ruins the whole fuc**** vibe for the majority, thank you. But please, again, make sure you actually read before assuming sh**, it's annoying to people who actually enjoy the manhwa. If you don't like it, just leave a negative review or do something a lot easier--stop reading it.

Bring along some other readers here. This is one heck of twist. We usually get doctors isekai-ed or have AI help them. This one is a world of magic but gets modern medicine as his guide. This is one alternative for TO HE** WITH BEING A SAINT, IM A DOCTOR.

mcs pretty selfish but i like the storyline

Brooo This is absolutely majestic, including the characters (except the chief: lance) + the MC's Mindset, i just love how he doesn't really give a sh**👌 Btw, can't wait for the next chapter. 

I would say this is an okay manhwa but its still at chapter 20 so Im not sure. This chapter is not about revenge but more of natural karma
