I 100% reccomend this.
4/10 and here's why:
Summary: Louis is a detective working on a serial killer case but hasn't had much success. The serial killer makes their way outside of Louis' jurisdiction and he finds himself needing the help of the crown prince, Maetel, whom was classmates with the MC. Louis finds himself agreeing to Maetel's request to spend time together in exchange for access and help with the serial killer case. However, Louis previously found out he was 4/5 months pregnant and doesn't know who the father is (ergo the title). Now, he must find the serial killer but also who is the father of the child is all without letting the crown prince find out.
Characters:
Louis- he's a victim. He is definitely a victim. Throughout the story he finds himself being humilated by the ML. There are various SA scenes as well. (Personally, I find him to be naive and a bit dimwitted despite being the second chief. At times during the investigation he broke protocal and placed himself in dangerous situations that of which even a civilian would recognize as dumb.)
Maetel- he is a walking red flag! Prime example of the "stay away from her" meme. (Again personally, I have read many, many BL stories with toxic relationships. Maetel is one of the few ML which have pulled such a strong reaction from me. There are only so many characters which have physically angered me.)
Overall, the plot was slow paced until the end when suddenly everything was compressed and rushed. Some of the biggest plots where downplayed and disappointing. There are great twists! Don't get me wrong, the art was beautiful and the idea was definitely there but the story seemed poorly carried out. I would not recommend.
