Pretty good on Isekai Shokan Ojisan No Ju Muso Life Sabage Suki Salary Man Ha Kaisha Owari Ni Isekai He Chokuki Suru
It's pretty good, it got some nice ideas, not exactly new, since there has been other isekai manga with guns and soldiers before.
It's about an average salaryman summoned to another world, to help spread peace, so he's become a part time Hero, while he keeps working at his full time office sales job back on Earth.
At the very least it's very entertaining.
I liked the co-characters more than the MC, the MC seems to be out of touch/dense/oblivious most of the time he only cares about gun, he got like no emotions, MC is like a walking Android that only knows about guns combat. It's kind of boring.
The side characters are much more interesting livelier and entertaining.

Rocks on Suki tte Ii na yo.
ALERT **** CHAPTER 72 goes under Sukitte ii yo ****
To be bluntly honest, I was expecting something totally different. Given the previous series of one shots by the same authior that I read, in the past, I started reading Sukitte ii na yo - Say I Love You keeping a different mind frame.
This is a story about growth, changing, turning people's like upsidedown, and in some cases even Karma going to teach someone a lesson. There is not one character that stays the same: everyone wakes up to a new self, starting from experiencing everything out of their comfort zone.
It may look like a standard shoujo manga, one of those you have read so many times that you may be willing to drop. But at some point it catches and you get in touch with your emotions, memories, wishes... what can happen in 10 years of life? From pre-adolescence to the very first phase of youth.
Love, anger, tears, youngerst who act like adults hopping from bed to bed, secrets, twisted realities... and in the end? Before Chapter 72 you may want to swear and throw everything in the bin, but you resist and... read it until the end!

Rocks on Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess
Probably one of my favorite manwhas.
It's gonna be very long and kind of scared I repeat myself but oh well-
1. [The Art]
The art is beautiful and we can't deny that
EVEN the villains are beautifully drawn even if I'd hope not.
That why lot of people simps on the villains as well 😞
2. [Character Related]
The plot is a pretty common at first, a "Normal girl reincarnated into a Villainess possibly going for revenge" but then we get character development pretty quickly and really get fond of it very fast
The fl lead story and the og villainess are just sad and really made me cry lol
Probably because I'm a sensible dude but I just don't cry at every occasions too yk, it shows how good the story is, like... making it so easy to immerse us into this story and feeling all those emotions is not EVERY Manwhas capabilities
I've read A LOT of stuff and there wasn't a lot that trully made me THAT immersed.
The female lead can also seem cruel?
I saw someone defend her because of that if I remember?
But I read it and I think that her reasonings are very logical ngl?
Because she knows the og story very well yk and she's isn't a weak and whiny fl so she's smart yk.

Spoiler!
Little Spoiler if you really don't know about the fl and og villainess links :
She and the og villainess share almost the same family struggles.
When it comes to dealing with a bad family relationship she's probably the one who will know best.
She also lived lonely and had to deal with lot of sh.t before becoming the villainess so I think she knows what she's doing when she's being "cruel" 🤔
