Meh on With Her Who Likes My Sister
Its good dont get me wrong but..how do i put it. The Mc likes the girl but the girl likes her sister and the sister CLEARLY does not like the girl back. Its really cute im not hating or anything its just that after all they've done together they still chase someone else? Id say 7.2/10 prett good, would recommend if you need something to read to past the time

Pretty good on Mieruko-Chan
For starters only reason im not giving this a 5 star is because it isn't finished yet. Regardless this manga is really really good, it has horror, wholesomeness, good character design AND development. Its not your average yuri story. I wouldn't even consider it yuri until the late chapters (no spoilers) but overall it's amazing. If your into stuff like that I highly suggest reading it. I give it a 9.5/10

Okay, for every one who's totally confused, it looks like the one who uploaded these chapters made a big mistake, which is why some chapters are missing and others are repeating. I hope they get this fixed soon.
