First my main problem is the MC personality. I don't like him. He's way too bratty for my liking. Everything shouldn't be taken as a joke, but he does. With this attitude, I have no clue how he survives in general.
Second the story is starting on a strong note but... I've read it to the last and I'm still not sure about the purpose of the plots. Personal opinion, I think it's because of random smex scenes that cut the rythme.
What about the male lead? He is... Ok. Your usual good looking mobs boss with a heavy background. I'm sad that I didn't care one bit about him 😑
Honestly, at a point I jumped from chapter 15 (or so) to chapter 41 (where everything gets interesting in my pov).
Ok.. final opinion I do not recommend this one. I've read better than this, I guess I raised my expectations.
Although I understand why some like it and if you do read it... Ok.
"Ps l don't usually give review".
**Read this but read this elsewhere because the translations are poor here. There is an official translation out as well.**
It's from Brother without a Tomorrow. Everything I've read so far from them has been wonderful. The artwork is beautiful. The story is emotional, compelling, and is dramatic but without being just relationship issues dramatic.
It's two characters who are so deeply in love and devoted they are willing forsake everything to keep the other safe. Even if it means sacrificing their life or happiness. A love so deep they promise all of their lives to each other.
The ending is open ended but wraps up in the side stories which emotionally wrecked me but is a testament to how much I was emotionally invested in the characters. It ends well so please don't let that stop you.
By the end of the last chapter I read, 58, I only like the brother. I wouldn't mind if he got a story. Jae ho is clingy and kinda annoying but I'm starting to want him to have someone too.
Give me the brother and everything else will be fine with my world.
Ps. The translation towards the end is something else because that could not be english, so go in with an open mind.
And a muscle bottom. That part matters, too.

(also this was based real life Egyptian mythology so please check your facts before reading since it will be pretty weird if you don't understand the mythology and meaning behind the story)
