Nothing I haven't seen before, if anything it's joining pieces od several other Manhwa. Even how it starts it's so predictable. So, the mc is getting bullied at school and he needs to work in a place most people wouldn't work, but he takes precious expensive medicine that his sister needs to school, so the bullies can take it and break it. Always that same setting of the mc getting bullied until he gets a system that allows him to acquire skills, and then he starts cracking skulls. The story is already showing problems with the mc not even trying to hide the fact he has at least one skill he shouldn't have.
