Ay the childhood friend won for once! Ok jokes aside this manga is very straightforward, the main focus being the romance is clearly shown, the characters are cute, the artstyle is one that I really like, there's some plot here and there to keep you interested and it's definitely one to check out when you have spare time.

Rocks on Ice Guy and the Cool Female Colleague
Cute and wholesome. The romance is *probably* the main focus of this manga but just like any other romance manga, it is extremely slow to progress. The idea of a frost spirit that feelings creates effects on our around him is something very cute and that I personally really like.
Love it despite the romance not being "active".
I think it's gonna get an anime adaptation too so looking forward to it if that's the case.

Rocks on 4P short stories
Just amazing. There's some sad things and some cute things in it but the chapters doesn't connect to each other, it's a oneshot basically. Sad there's not a lot of chapters.
